US Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, they are shipped through the United States Postal Services or UPS depending on the size of the order. Once the order has been processed you’ll receive an email with the tracking number associated with your shipment. It is the carrier’s responsibility to deliver it in a timely manner; If your order has taken more than a business week, please feel free to contact us with your order information.

International Shipping

Royal Wave does not offer international shipping at the moment but stay connected for future availability.

Expedited/ Overnight Shipping

Expedited/ Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost. Cost of shipping will depend on region and weight of package.

Refunds

If your order has not been processed or shipped a cancelation/refund can be done.
